CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 69(RES) An Act relating to hazardous                    
chemicals, hazardous materials, and hazardous waste was read the               
third time.                                                                    
                                                                               
Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                   
allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest.
